Responsibilities:

○ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
○ Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms
○ Create engaging content for online channels
○ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
○ Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts
○ Collaborate with the design team for graphic design needs
○ Oversee online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads
○ Implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales
○ Utilize performance marketing techniques to optimize campaigns
○ Improve SEO to increase website traffic

Skills:

○ Proficiency in graphic design software
○ Experience in social media management
○ Strong marketing skills with a focus on digital platforms
○ Content creation abilities for various digital channels
○ Research skills to identify market trends and consumer behavior
○ Knowledge of online advertising, particularly Google Ads
○ Familiarity with e-commerce strategies
○ Understanding of performance marketing metrics and techniques

Background and Experience:

○ 5-7 years experience in a digital marketing role

○ Proven ability to effectively develop marketing and sales strategies to expand sales network

○ Professional background in digital marketing with proven planning and execution to maximize lead generation and brand awareness

○ CRM experience a must

○ Active Campaign experience a plus
